how am i gonna get adequate calcium to actually give me all the calcium i need to potentially get any small gains in bone mass/density?

calcium supplements increase the risk of heart attacks and i eat a shit ton of read meat and butter already.

as much as people like to hype up drinking milk, it does have estrogenic effects to it and can lower your test? what do i do?

plus, do i need to take zinc and magnesium aswell? are they that important for test? i have a good diet of steak, eggs, avacado, sweet potato, kiwi ect

eggshells, sardines, milk, good for you to ditch useless supplements
 
drink milk (depends on country bc of quality), or just take supplements.
