Welp, I'm not white either so whatever. I'm not trying to be big or anything like that. Just looking for ways to minimise the physical strain.

There's no safer way to train than calisthenics with Rings. They can turn so they Just let your body move in the natural way. And It Will make your Daily tasks a lot easier . Ofc you gotta study excercises and executions but other than that there are no downsides. You'll also get strong joint and wrists so even if you try to bench Press you'll reduce the risk on injury.

Bro anstrum didn't even have Money to eat properly. Push ups are cool to build basic strength but After you can do 20 clean ones (chest to the floor to straight arms) you Will Need dips and pull ups

If I didn't have a spine deformity I would just bloatmaxx. The only reason why I'm even considering putting minimal effort is because my lower back is going MGTOW.

a friend of mine had similar problem. lower back stretches and phisioterapist and he got back.
