There's no safer way to train than calisthenics with Rings. They can turn so they Just let your body move in the natural way. And It Will make your Daily tasks a lot easier . Ofc you gotta study excercises and executions but other than that there are no downsides. You'll also get strong joint and wrists so even if you try to bench Press you'll reduce the risk on injury.Welp, I'm not white either so whatever. I'm not trying to be big or anything like that.
