I can take my calisthenics rings wherever I want, even to the woods or to the beach.
The only minus is that u have some nice girls in gym.

I‘m trying to get little fat atm tbh. To see if it helps my folds/undereyes. Im eating like a machine, like 4500 calories a day but I‘m stuck at 70kg and cant get above
 
Do both. I do calisthenics daily and gym couple of times a week.

I wen to the gym for 3 years.
I‘m much stronger now since I started calisthenics. My forearms are brutal. I literally could punch a lot of big gymcells

My hollow cheeks are always noticeable no matter how high my bf is. Even when I had surgery , couldn’t walk and just laid in bed for 4months.

sftu dumbass, strength is proportional to muscle size and doing calisthenics after a certain point u would hit a plateau, that's why u need to progressive overload to keep ganing muscle

Forearm strength is alsways better on calisthenics guys. Like 99% gymcells can‘t do some muscle ups in a row. And I do like 10 on calisthenics rings
Chris does stuff like boxing as well. Has ultimate leg strength as well. He snaps gymcells easily

yeah cuz gym bro don't train for muscle ups, the leaner and smaller you are the more easy are body weight exercise to do

gymcells increase their wrist strength with weighted pull ups and deadlifts. Muscle ups has nothing to do with grip strength unless they pathetically weak.
