Calisthenics is just self-torture

I got books at the volunteer shelf at my neighbourhood public national library and had to walk about a km carrying it.

I scooped/cradled it with my weaker/right hand with my palm facing up carrying the books. I had to keep putting the books down after every 30 seconds and rest.

It hurts like a bitch.

But damn it feels good. I feel like I achieved something.

This probably a very good exercise to strengthen my forearms. To add power to my lead jabs.

I think calisthenics, MMA shadowboxing, running 12km and stair climbing will make me a beast.
 
Imma do this throughout the day, spaced out tomorrow.

My neighbourhood is my gym.

That exercise I just discovered plus push ups, plus planks, plus squats and crunches/sit ups is all I need.
