Calisthenics or gym at 15?

Should you do calisthenics or go to the gym for newbie gains ?

Why cause I don't wanna fuck up my joints etc when I go to the gym
exactly. Real ngas do pilates and kettlebell workouts 6x a week for that mogger physique

You can do both, calisthenics only requires your body weight,chairs(for dips) and a pull up par so you can develop your back


Calisthenics is more like a homework if you prefer staying inside most of the time.

Calisthenics is more functional strength for everyday activities,it's great if you wanna upgrade full bodily function but you can't progressively overload it as much as gym.


Gym is more brute strength and big muscle gains.

You can progressively overload with calisthenics aswell(weighed vest,harder exercises/positions)and yes you can get muscles with calisthenics but probably using the gym is a quicker way if you wanna make your biceps pop on whenever you wear a shirt.


It's entirely up to you tbh
