You don’t need to worry about progressive overload if you just do one set of each exercise to failure

Ofc once you can consistently do like 80 reps of each exercise or so switch to more intensive one

You need more than 1 set if you want to make any real amount of gains. I'd say atleast 3, maybe up to like 5. Also make sure you have both a horizontal and vertical push, pull, and legs exercise. For PP it could be like dips and pike pushups, pullups and inverted rows. I started this way then added weights and stuck to simpler movements (dips and pullups).

You need enough time to let your muscles recover. Any more than one set and you’re just destroying them.
