In theory everything should grow on hgh, it just like the fact that you can’t spot reduce fat like it’s the same for bones you can’t grow only one bone. From what i know your ears and nose grow first on hgh as they are cartilage, not sure how it is on gh secretagogues but i assume it’s similar.

Did you see any growth on hexarelin?

gh secretagogues are inferior to hgh bc it relies on your response and u also have to worry about desensitization and all that shit. Although localized IGF injections are promising, i'm using 25g IM 20-40 mcg igf-1 DES peri growth plate to grow my humerus rn.

Midface growth and bulbousnose is going to be 100%, you will get hbp and maybe some insulin resistance. And u cant really avoid it lol. I grew from 5'7(14 to 6'1(16) rn but I think all of it's probably genetic, wroth a try ig.

Only if ur skeletal maturity is younger than 14, and it probably isnt. By the way ,yea It will fuck you up at any age. Just take compromises when nneeded

nah I have a pretty boy haircut and face so it evens out with my height (6"6) but I doubt if you are much older than 15 you will only grow a few inches at most still prob worth it

After 6 months u would get a significant amount of bone mass around ur upper face area u would grow ab 5 to 10 cms and other factors like buliding muscle loosing fat getting smarter generally after 6 months u would start to get unwanted growth like hige hands and feet and yes sometimes even nose growth
