Just wear clothes that fit you.

If you’ve got a v-taper everything will need tailored, “muscle fit” just has tiny arms to make your arm look bigger, it’s dumb.

Also everything I wear has to be either button/zip up or stretch material now and I’m not even big, it’s kinda annoying.

The best shirts if you are built are the ones that grip the arms a bit but don't grip the body that much not giving that try hard look. They sell T shirts etc like that online.

same here mate, the same women who told me muscles were like unnecessary or disgusting are the same ones who started groping them years later when I gained tons of muscle mass
this is like why I don't completely believe the questionnaires they give women because they are likely not truthfully answering
the best test is to see how they react to you in person in a non-scripted non-preplanned setting
