3) idk what that is but i drank a lot of chocolate milk
4) pasta, meat, chocolate milk, biscuits, other sweets and some juice such as apple and orange juice
5) when i was in elementary i went to bed at 9-10pm but took a lot to fall asleep so idk, and woke up at around 7-7:30am, middle school till now very inconsistent sleep schedule and very little sleep
6) i was very fat until 3rd year of middle school when i became extremly skinny(i started to have ideologies similar to the black pill but didnt came across it yet)
7) i was extremly lazy and did very little physical activiry until 2 years ago when i started training, prior that very little training which consisted only in pull upsor playin w friends outside

yes goy slop diet + no protein
(was vegetarian for 90% life)
except not actually vegetarian just no protein no meat just junk food bad garbage

stayed up late playing game + phone bad sleep sometimes even overnighters show up to school all groggy

4. Had vit d deficiency so took that from like age 10. Otherwise no supps. Ate a lot of vegetables/meat/rarely fish
5. Shit sleep probably 3 hours then a nap after school. Too busy playing PlayStation I didn’t care
6. I was a noodle not even skinny fat just borderline anorexic (looked like it at least)

Height is all genetics stop coping, unless u live in a third world country, dont eat dairy and sleep 3 hours a day nothing is stunting or increasing ur height

Idk me and my brother have something weird going on, he 177 at 19 I’m 186.5 at 15, he dis drugs, idk what I did but I guess something went wrong

mother 5'4, father 5'7, me and my twin brother 6'1. Genetics are crazy. I was fat as fuck 100-120kg whole my puberty from 12 to 16, my twin brother was always 70kg so healthy weight for his age and we ended at 6'1, I'm even like 1cm taller.

3. From aged 6 to 13 I went to a boarding school where I ate nutritious food like steaks and vegetables and during the weekends i usually ate microwave pizza or lasagna.

6. I was severely overweight for my age almost obese.

3. 50/50 tbh, I ate frozen chicken nuggets and shit quite often but here and there I would eat polish food cooked at home
4. at 15/16 I ate a lot of protein like greek yogurt protein shakes and also took creatine, which is said to help significantly with height so perhaps that helped
5. yeah i had to sleep long, sometimes id miss school because of how long i slept which i dont regret at all, i also did gym which made me tired asf
6. yeah skinny fat all way long, still kind of am but ive made significant progress at 18

My feet are size 15 and have 21.5 inch bidelt so that makes me think I had more potential to grow and couldve been 1-2 inches taller if I did everything right.

yes in my beginning stages of puberty

in the beginning was mcdonald’s (side note i’ve always drank a lot of milk), and fast food everyday eating at horrible times and no exercise but it developed into a good diet consisting of rice, salmon, chicken, vegetables, some processed stuff here and there but nothing too excessive

my sleep schedule used to be absolutely horrible but it also developed into a pretty decent schedule of waking up at around 9-10am and going to sleep at like 1-2 am but sleeping in sometimes

used to be quite skinny fat but now i’m pretty shredded maybe malnourished as i was depressed and stopped eating for a while

never really got into sports or anything of that nature but some consistent outside labor in my middle years of puberty (which i’m currently in)

note i’ve never liked any soda so my whole life i’ve just been drinking water, milk, and juices (rarely)

3/4. Dk what that is but ait healthy from 0-8 and 9 - 13 i ait 1 big crisp bag daily and only nuggets, hot dogs, pizza etc (was 95kg at 183cm) 14 - 15 i started eating healthier and went down to 80kg and was around 192cm now im 82kg 193cm.
5. Very mixed but I sleep alot but the time I go to sleep differs depending when school starts and if I got stuff to do.
6. As I said before, 0-8 healthy, 9-13 fat af, 14-15 skinny ish and now im on the way to get "shredded"
7. 0-8 i did judo, 9-13 did nothing 14-16 mma, boxing muay thai and the last 6 months ive started gymming.

5. how long did you sleep per night and did you go to bed at roughly same time everyday
6. were you fat or at least had abdominal fat (skinny fat) during your childhood/Puberty
7. did you participate in sports or went to the gym
1. 184Cm - 6.03675 Feet
2. Both parents are around the same height.
3. Sometimes this combined with 7. probably contributed to alot less testosterone during puberty.
4. traditional home cooked Swedish food.
5. Internet Enjoyer when young = little amounts of sleep and very terrible sleep schedules.

Could this have permanently compressed my spine and made me height-min?
7. Very little to no exercise
