good idea too lose weight it’s called a water fast literally don’t eat at all and drink water for a week and you can lose 7 kgs although some is water if you keep going you can go from obese to skinny in a month don’t believe me here’s proof

He literally lost all of his muscle-mass and increased his body-fat percentage. If you want to stop being a fatass just stop being like shit; there's not going to be some simple 10 days no eating challenge. Plus, your metabolism is going to slow down in the long-run, which is detrimental to actually staying lean.

You're literally not going to gain muscle mass while fasting for so long (regardless of if you work out or not). This is the literal principle of gaining muscle (you need to gain/keep weight to gain muscle mass in most cases while working out). The differences in his tests have a scientific significance: the probability that the general results were off due to measuring inaccuracies is practically zero.

"lots" "a lot" lmao so scientific. Trying to build muscle without food is like trying to add more rooms to your house without bricks or wood. You need to break down parts of your house to make way for the new rooms, but if you do that, and you don't have the materials to build new rooms, all you're left with is a ruined house.
