when you're too sick to work and can't find anyone to take your shift you have to call the boss so he can get someone to take the shift. This is bad because the boss will dislike you if you do it too much since it takes time out of an already busy schedule and they have to call like 30 people.

Don’t even call in sick. Just don’t show up and then tell them the next day that you were sick. I do this without even being sick.

NEVER be the reliable little bitch boy employee. All that does is make the manager slave you and see you as a pushover who will say yes to correcting any schedule or general fuckup he makes himself.
