For example, if the age of consent in a particular country is 13 for prostitutes, and 17 for everyone else, you'll be prosecuted if you go there and have sex with a 13 year old hooker. However, if the age of consent is 13 for everybody you can go there and have at it. I might be wrong though.

Anyways, I don't really fancy the idea of having sex with young teenage girls. But at the same time I don't think the U.S., or any other country, should be able to tell it's citizens what they can and cannot do when they're abroad. It's government overreach.
