Im aware that optimally you should be eating your maintenace calories and above during puberty, however im tired of these fucking love handles. Is there any guranteed approach I can take to this to ensure I max out development and still get to be a shredded sikkunt? I'm currently 17 and you can make the argument that I should eat well till 25 to max "everything" out, but its ridiculous to wait that long. Need some pointers, thanks.
