If you just eat like 900 calories a day but it's junk food will you still look bloated ?:lul:

At 900 calories i doubt it but i don’t know why you would do that. Goyslop is not satiating and has no nutritional value so your daily food intake being 900 calories of chips is going to feel like torture

Probably so. Again, I don’t know why you would do some stupid harebrained shit like that. You can eat twice those calories worth of lean protein and vegetables and look lean + not feel like you’re starving.

first off, how small are you? eating 900 calories a day is stupid asf, im literally underweight and eat more than that

second off, if you’re eating 900 calories why would you even choose to eat junk? they’re so caloric most of the time, or they don’t even fill you up, so you’ll only get to eat very little

anyways

to answer your question straight off, yes, you can get bloat if you’re eating junk, especially being high on carbs, it’s water retention that will be on your face. keep in mind the bloat isn’t caused by calories it’s caused about specific ingredients or even infections, OR if you’re boneless

if your face is puffy and it happens to be because of calories then it’s not just bloat, it’s face fat
