I have recently switched from eating 1700cals to 2100 Cals in 13 soon to be 14 I’m 255-260 and 5’10 I’m wondering if 2100 cals is too much or too little because I don’t wanna stunt height

Try doing OMAD. Its almost like fasting, so eat a big meal like eggs, chicken, steak, fruits, milk etc. At for example 2Pm and don't eat anything else till the next day at 2pm and repeat. Do this instead of calorie counting. Also hit the gym and drink 3-4L of water.

I’ve heard abt that before my only problem is controlling my urges to again but I’ll try thanks

Put a picture of chad in your mirror and when ever you get an urge look at yourself in the mirror and then look at chad.

You are not gonna stunt your growth for calorie deficit

Stunting growth is cope except if you starve and not eat anything. Your body is smart enough to focus on the things you need like growth and pituitary gland. Just eat in a low calorie deficit and go out life your life and your body will drop fat simultanously

you won't get hungry after drinking that much water
you can also eat a lot of cucumber
