Calorie goal on Test + HGH ?

What would y’all set my calorie goal while on test (250mg/w) and hgh?

Looking for a lot of muscle gain, but also leaning down would be amazing (but can be done after cycle w reta)

My stats: 190cm, 82kg, around 17% bf I’d say, 20 yo.

You can't eat a "calorie" it's not accurate, at all.

I’m just roughly wondering what’s the difference in what my body burns when natty vs on test and hgh.

Just eat as much as fucking possibly in order to ensure growth

Boi just eat as much as you want
Then increase or decrease portions of foods you're eating accordingly

Just eat as much as fucking possibly in order to ensure growth
i gotta watch my carbs tho, since i’m on hgh
and eating just protein is pretty hard for me :forcedsmile:

There’s this macro nutrient called fat. And it’s the most important one for health.

but you need carbs for energy and to get the most optimal gains in the gym as well.
I'd just like to use the fatloss benefits of hgh and test while I'm on

I can't give you a specific answer cus I've never really looked for one
But

You can survive on only fats and proteins and no carbs
But once you take away fats or proteins, I think you die :Comfy:

is it possible that I will gain muscle and lose fat? I saw some 100 day study of a guy taking test, and apparently he lost like 10 pounds fat and gained 10 pounds muscle

Hgh what ive heard helps lose fat but u need to he in a surplus for optimal growth thats just a fact but still dont stress only on the calorie goal if u arent eating nutritious food
