fuck yall who complain about muh calories i eat around ~1.5-2 kilos of meat per day + dairy and a bunch of other shit which totals to around 4-5k calories but that's probs maintenance for my stats

For yours stats you must move a lot since you don't weight much, swimming especially competitive swimming (i assume) its your secret since a small session of 1 hour can burn you up to 700-800 calories depending on the intensity and few more factors + gym another 300-400 calories depending again on intensity and type of workouts you do etc, calories might seem cope but its actually cause you're moving more than what you introduce in your organism, have a good baguette boyo

Depends on the type but yes it does, you also need to remember that whenever you introduce proteins the body takes longer to burn and absorb them so eventually it turns in a deeper consume of calories

2cups of oats + one scoop of protein power + 2 bananas + almonds + peanut butter

glass of milk

4 eggs

Thats good, what i have for breakfast, i kinda have slop tho

4 L eggs, 2 slices of bread 50gr in total, Philadelphia protein a spoon, a slice of good cheddar 25gr and sliced low fat turkey 50gr

Rarely a glass of full milk

Damn why don't you eat a lil more comfy, after all unless you tryna get further down the 15% i think its useless for you to eat more than that, i eat daily whenever im not cutting and just maintaining that breakfast and 2 more meals and maybe a little snack,

Meal 2 is a good low cal tortilla with 300gr of chicken, some cheddar, low cal sauce with pickles and onions and more veggies with salt

Meal 3 is the big bomb 120gr of protein pasta of dececco, 200gr of ground beef or lean ground beef depends, some parmigian cheese, tomato sauce, olive oil and a good frozen can of coke no sugar or caffeine

like my face is lean

and my body isnt TOO lean like my absae somewhat visible

Then yk just maintain or slightly lean bulk since you're still 16 a little bit younger at your age i was 190/6'3 now im 194.5/6'5 at the age of almost 20, swimming and lean bulking are law but mostly swimming since ig it made me this whide 22 bidelt untrained wich ik it's not the best but yk still good size
