Idk why when I eat something it just gets my hunger going on and on and I end up eating the whole day. But when I don't eat nothing at all sure your hungry but it doesn't leave you with the horrible desire of wanting more.

yeah just skiping breakfast and launch is way easier than eating less shit

Bruh i have high metabolism too, i can eat so much sometimes and stay giga lean
I literally ate a whole pizza, 2 gyro sandwiches yesterday and no bloat or anything, and i do that 4 times a week

It's abitch for bulking tho

I find eating oatmeal, peanut butter, fish, eggs and non starchy vegetables without any sodas or processed foods/snacks makes my caloric deficit very manageable. I throw in some chicken and rice once/twice a week to change it up. A meal with red meat once a month. I feel super and my performance is way more consistent.

You have to find something that is sustainable for you. Vegetables add serious volume to my meals for very little calories.

I'm taking supplements but it can't be worse than having a fat face

I ate 3 meals a day from February 6th to September 29th and lost 41.8 lbs. Calories-in, calories-out. If your stomach grumbles, ignore it. Eventually your body will adapt to the lower caloric intake and it will stop grumbling so much.

Right now I'm doing a bulk and eat 3 meals a day plus protein shakes and snacks and my stomach almost never growls. Because my body is so used to being low in caloric intake.

Yeah fasting is easy if you drink electrolytes.
Fast once per week, eat pure meat every other day and every 3 days add dairy carbs and honey to carb cycle.
