Had a good vacation, i health indacaitorsmaxxed, my skin got better, my brain got better, i was able to play chess again and didnt feel like i was losing focus 2 mintues in
Now 3 days home and im back to not brushing my teeth in the morning, having no appetite, my brain is fried from playing video games and starring at screens all day
