When I say 'people,' I mean other people. When you take a picture, you are the most likely to notice your flaws, but they are insignificant to others because they either lack knowledge about facial features or simply can't see the differences between you and the picture you took with your phone.
For example, if you take two pictures from different angles and distances using the back camera and show them to someone, they will recognize that both pictures look like you. However, when comparing the pictures side by side, they might notice the differences.
I'm struggling to understand how I am perceived. I know that everyone sees each other differently, but I find that I can look both attractive and unattractive at different times. People generally see me as a fairly attractive individual and don't notice many differences between my 'edited' pictures and how I look in real life. The same goes for people I meet online because of my appearance they all say I look the same and don't think I'm a catfish. What were your experienced with you in pictures and you in real life?
