Can 1-10 Fun Dips bloat you?

I like both red and blue and I need to know if this will bloat because it does not typically contain the sugar alcohols (like sorbitol or maltitol) found in "sugar-free" candies that cause severe distress. My face is very bloated and they say on el TIKTOK PLATFORM it is "Not face fat, just bloat." So now I am working so hard to pay for mcdonalds and workout and eat bananas for potassium to balance the sodium. I also have ashy and discolored undereyes and BIG eyebags. My nasal bone is like recessed. I'm mad tight.
