Guys, I am almost 17 and at like 5.8-5.9 with like 15-16% bodyfat.

I wanna go on 10% bf and thats why I sometimes, don’t eat much, even when I have hunger.

I am not sure if I should continue this or keep eating normal, because I am feeling a lot better, when I eat normal and not go on a deficit.

But also I would like it to be very lean.

What do y‘all think?

nah as long as it's not excessive, you probably wont see much more vertical growth at your age anyways.
