Can a chin be recessed without jaw recession?

I was wondering why my profile looks so bad, even though my upper jaw is well developed. My chin is recessed, and my face is puffy. But my bite seems to be correct, and my teeth meet normally. I did a morph, and it still looks like crap, but I traced it, and the stencil looks great. So, I think I should lose weight. Any thoughts?

The nasofacial angle seems to be slightly off, checked a few other ratios and they seemed good but didn't go all the way

Are you sure? All I do is enlarge the chin and give the nose a more human shape, I don't even touch the upper jaw.

What ratios did you check, if you don't mind explaining? I'd recommend checking it on the morphed version, since that will be my desired profile

A slight chin recession is not bad at all cuz it ain’t that noticeable what’s bad is sever retrusion, either way if someone have a recessed chin (slightly) between ages 14-15 maybe even 16 they can definitely outgrow it either by puberty or ortho work
