Can a Chin-Wing enhance the ramus?

Have you seen any enhancement of the ramus after chin-wing. Mine is pretty much invisible even though the rest of my jawline isn't that bad, although lacking in chin projection
 
From what I know, it doesn't add vertical height to the ramus, that would have to be a procedure called ramus lengthening.

It does, however, add mass to the ramus ie makes the gonions wider, more square.

Wtf is That hairline?
That's were my crest goes,which dosen't make for a great look,but I usually have my hair as a pony anyway
