I feel like they are just for people who lose it in the front? I'm thinning badly in a Norwood 32 pattern, there's not a single strand of hair on my entire scalp that was saved from it. What if I fly over to Turkey only to get there and hear I'm not a ht candidate.

In a way you are lucky. You can just hop on the full wig train. It is far easier to do a wig if you have no hair, no regular head shaving, no matching existing hair. Just glue it on once every few days
