My flat maxilla is probably the thing making me hate my side profile.I have had problems with mouth during sleeps sometimes but its rare.I have tried everything except hardmaxxing and except ortho shit because m bite was fine even before braces and it wasnt worth it getting a reverse pull face mask. When i look at my family i notice flatness from the side in the midface area aswell. Is lefort, bimax, trimax and the classic jaw surgery the fix to flatness or is it really not worth it since who even has a good maxilla nowadays

Lefort or bimax are the only way to fix ur flat maxilla yes
Flat maxillas are also prominent in asian genetics, but are also a heritable genetic in of itself.

hmm can i even get like 1 mm more forward growth of my maxilla at 14 or do i have to get double jaw later
I mean maybe 1mm but that wouldn't make a difference to the naked eye, so double jaw surgery if you want it to be corrected

LF2 is not a very realistic thing to get unless you're deformed, just get bimax + infras and fat grafts
