Can a genio add angularity to a jaw

This question is not for me, I already had bimax. But the thing is that in my case, my chin was already square from the beginning, it was just recessed, so when it got advanced forward the angularity became more apparent.

But I was wondering if a genio could create angularity. After all, a genio can make a chin slimmer by shaving the sides, so why not change the shape while you are at it?

Pretty sure you can get it made wider with a secondary cut. Either that or chin wing is an option.

A very complex multi-piece genioplasty could, but still probably not as well as a custom implant.

For drastic recontouring, I recommend custom chin implant over genioplasty.
