Can a genioplasty or chewing emphasize the jawline?

When I pull my skin close to the bone I have an ok ramus, gonial angle and jawline but when I don't pull it my jaw looks very roundish from the side and 3/4 angle. I have 13% bf atm and this effect is also present when my bodyfat is even lower. Any idea what could be the cause and how I can fix it?

Chewing defo has an effect as I’ve been doing it regularly for 4 years and I constantly get compliments about my jawline etc whereas before I got nothing.

Also if your diet is high in salt that can hide your jawline, just need to keep salt below 3g and drink loads of water for 3-4 days and it’s all good.
