the question isn't whether you can be goodlooking without it, it's whether a prominent maxilla makes you good looking to begin with.

the answer to that is no, europeans have small lips and flat mid faces and are consistently rated higher than any other race.

and the groups with the most forward growth maxillas and thickest lips are consistently rated the lowest.

Actually if you have features that make you GL then your singular falo does define you and make you stand out as unique. Think of Marilyn Monroe mole or Sean Opry asymmetrical eye or even Pattinsons maxilla. That being said you need a significantly good looking face to get away with a flat maxilla as that affects the harmony of your entire midface
