Can a Head Tilt Be Fixed If I Get Expansions and Appliances to SUpport my Maxilla?

I have been told I have a very bad tilt because of my maxilla recession and I cant keep proper neck posture because my maxilla blocks me. How can I fix this? Is mewing cope?
