I been trying to leanmaxx, but I think I plateaued tbh. I was stuck around 12% bf for a while. Im EEmaxxing rn, so I don’t have to put as much effort in looksmaxing as in the States
 
Yea i'm probably the best rater here and been on the forum longer than most ppl
