Can a liplift and rhino be done at the same time?

I was thinking of getting these 2 procedures done, almost have enough saved up but then I saw that surgeons don’t like the preform both at the same time? Which surgery would be the highest priority of the 2 for me to get?

start with rhyno and possibly get a nose job, to make it smaller, i dont see why you would need lip lift but yes you can do them at the same time, mark as solution if i helped you
