can a narrow but forward grown palate be beneficial for a pretty boy look

could a narrow palate be potentially beneficial if its forward grown to achieve a narrower and more feminine skull shape - i feel like this would only work in specific examples but im only asking as a narrow palate is seen as objectively bad no matter the context and i just thought a thinner head shape would look good for someone aiming to achieve a pretty boy look

Yes it can suit some faces as long as you have a strong eye area for that pretty boy look. A narrow palate should also improve the appearance of hollow cheeks if you have decent zygomatic bones.
