Can a nose make your midface look long?

Or rather, look longer. I notice that my midface kinda looks death-tier in some pictures but when I zoom in on my face closely with my long arm extended all the way, my midface looks far more human. I think this is because of my nose. It has a bulbous tip but when I zoom in it looks a lot more like the average nose does from the front, and with it my midface visually improves.
But I also fear that a thin/defined nose, as opposed to a more bulbous one, will further worsen the midface illusion
Finally, I think mouth width can help your midface out as well
Fuck this shit, our bodies are literally creating illusions to further failo us even more

its not because of your nose lmao, its because of lens distortion

I was holding my phone out all the way so lens distortion was minimal, zooming in with phone held out btw is fine and won't affect lens distortion I'm pretty sure so I always do that
But yeah no I'm like 98% sure my midface is long I'm just not exactly sure if it's more of a philtrum or a nose length thing.

Lifefuel, any idea on what the ideal nose height (Vertical length) is?
I read the averages: "average man's nose is 5.8cm long and sticks out 2.6cm. Women's are 5.1cm and stick out 2.2cm."

this is due to men have higher muscle mass, men hav more muscle mass which they develop which caues larger noses to support it so if men deviate from "ideal" its not a problem because its due to dimorphism,

Yes if your tip is extra long but lens disortion also causes this.

Yes, you should remove your nose entirely.
