Can a rhino reduce nasion projection??? I never see any alteration of it in before-afters

I asked my surgeon this and he told me that the nasion itself will be unchanged, but the area directly below it will be reduced.

If I understand it right, nasion is the point where different bones meet so ig it would be problematic to do an osteotomy there

I mean myane but not really imo,it also makes eyes look less deepset which is kind of the point of a browride,it seems better imo to barely touch the radix and just do more changes to the middle part to make it more upturned
