Can a small mouth area be fixed by MSE ?

Basically the title. I have abnormally thick lips for a small mouth area. Can this be fixed by MSE ?

Alternative- what are the ways to het wide mouth area ?

I've heard mixed things about mse widen lips depends on the person I think
