Can a thicker neck make up for a narrow lower jaw

my gonial angle is pretty high and my midface is slightly longer then usual and my neck is skinny

if i gained thickness in my neck could i give the illusion of a thicker/wider jaw
if i sit infront of a mirror and face my body fowards and then turn my head side ways and look at the mirror it somehow makes my lower jaw appear thicker is this due to the angle? or would getting a thicker neck make my jaw look wider

Depends on how bad the jaw is. But it can mask it a little bit., but never fully make up for it tho Neck training is the closest thing to the gym for your face
