Can Accutane give you better skin than would normally be possible with just your genetics?

I'm not talking about acne, I don't have acne. I'm talking about rough skin texture, visible pores , stuff like that.

If you have average skin quality with no acne, is going on low dose Accutane going to give you that "glass skin" appearance? Sort of like those Korean dudes?

The sort of skin quality that's so perfect that it almost looks unnatural? Basically can it be like steroids for your skin, and actually give you better skin quality than would normally be possible with just your genetics?
