Doctors are incompetent rats for the most part

seriously the best advice someone could give you is to start taking health into your own hands and experimenting with things yourself, diets, supplements, drugs etc.

I've cured things in the past by just fucking around with my sleep schedule to see what works. what foods i eat, how much i eat.

I think if i can throw in meds ill be set. Though i am interested in an official diagnosis of some things from my therapist. like if i get officially diagnosed with depression, anxiety, aspergers, etc. I find that stuff really interesting. and aside from those common illnesses I have really weird parts of myself that I havent even told people on this forum (weirder than the gay stuff i did).

a lot of what the doctor will want to prescribe you isn't in your best interest to take
