Can aging be "sped up" by stress?

I believe I aged much faster than the average person

Things like the development of a beard at the age of 14, genital and vocal changes that replicate late stage puberty makes me hypothesize this

For context I grew up normally till I was twelve where all went to hell (lots of stress and other things inflicted on me)

Im in a better place with my life now, but I'm still wondering if this could have contributed to me now having a full, thick beard at 16 alongside seemingly never ending body hair.

Obviously theres other indicators like slight balding insane acne and whatnot as well.

Just curious what you guys have to say on this

i had a very stressful upbringing and am still growing at 17. its genes

Odd, my siblings all seem to be going through puberty normally except for me.

Then again, I was the only one who got our dads bone mass genes

Honestly yeah

I do believe stress impacts your growth a lot at that age

Oh well, nothing I can do about it either way

it causes bad aging not good aging

Depends on the emotional power that is attached to that stressor
