And how do we do it besides Melatonin 2?

Even swedes can do it and they have the least melanin in their skin (like The Golden One or Dolph Lundgren)

I guess that "they all can" if they are willing to be autistic enough. But definitely there exists a huge variance and some folks can get it way easier

my skin is so pale no matter what i do tbh. and i dont even sunburn/turn red easily. maybe really the only way to do it is mt2

life is about balance. Too white is unideal. Race mix is perfect, a brown with a white, taddam golden coloring

pale skin isn't THAT much of a failo from what I've seen ngl

maybe -0.5 psl at best compared to ideal Thom Strijd colouring

ive been downing tons of beta carotene/astaxanthin and it made mild improvements but seemingly only on my face

Few months before I did sun tanning and 4-6 large carrots a day

I have such a glow it even shows in the dark. Look at that last pic of me vs the white guy in the background, very big difference
