Can an IT-Networkcel explain why videos on this one website wouldn't load on wifi but would load on data??

On Taboo.Tv everyone is complaining about videos not loading while connected to Wifi but if you switch your phones over to mobile data they load.

Can someone explain how that even works? Why would that happen?

Edit: well actually i saw someone say it loaded fine for them so assuming they werent lying ig maybe it could be a regional thing.

I dont mean accessing the site tho, everyone can do that, i mean the videos wont load if u try to play them, but ig that can be separately ip blocked..

It turns out using a VPN makes the videos load too, i think maybe using your registration IP is the issue. Maybe they accidentally block your registration IP from watching the videos.

The vpn and mobile data IPs r both USA like the wifi IP
