Can an Mltn become HMTN by using orthodontics and hormones🤔??

If im currently an MLTN at 17 just turned 17 a month ago and i was wondering if, i can ascend to HMTN or even mtn before surgery so hopefully i can reach CLi have a horrendous diet, horrible posture, fat asf and horrible colourig as of now (i had dela cruz level coloring but i fucked up)so softmaxing to mtn then using exogenous hormones till hmtn is possible???
