i only do wide leg press sometimes and hamstrings but i'm going to dedicate a whole leg day tbf, the "legs is cope" cope is over for me, i need them

He has really great hamstrings and calves, especially these two pop. The quadriceps is also nice.

The adductors are also properly developed.

Don't forget that those muscles only look that great because of the leanness.

TL;DR: Train your legs like usually and try to maximize their growth like with any other muscle group. Get lean afterwards and your muscles will pop, all over your body.

Squat pattern. Rec fem movement like leg extensions, seated or laying ham curl, 45 extensions and calves if u want 1-2 sets of everything. Also make sure that the squat pattern is stabile and do a rep range you enjoy i wouldnt go past ten reps on any of these excresises
