If yes, how many do they need? How painful is it?

Do they need lefort 3 and stuff? Doesn't that hurt like hell? Bimax?
Thicker eyebrows, better tilt?

I mean our forum ascension were already 5psl or higher before and just ascended to 7psl with a bit fine tuning.
