Can anybody even prove that unconditional empathy even exists?

Not really when I was younger i would feel sorry for the starving poor. The jews who were holocausted in ww2. People being bullied or harassed . Friends in pain. Abuse in mental hospitals etc...

Once you hit 25 plus then ok it's just an act.
