I always hear that eating clean thing here. But i dont know how it is done.

Not like eat this, dont eat this, but can you explain the end game of eating clean to get rid of bloat?

Realistically tho so long as you’re eating a micronutrient rich diet making up h the last few hundred calories with chocolate bar doesn’t do any harm imo

I normally have a chocolate bar most days even when cutting

Majority of food volume(note: not calories) coming from micronutrient rich foods, macronutrient rich foods are junk foods bar maybe pasta and rice
