Is there anyone with before and after photo proof that chewmaxxing helps in massester thickening?
And how long do you do per day, on which tooth do you press your gum

no because they are captured by the tmj gods

Chewing gum max💔

did it a lot when I was younger.

Don't recommend gave me some serious jaw issues, I would wake up in the middle of the night with an INSANE head ache from grinding jaw in my sleep.

Its much better now but I legit cannot chew gum anymore without getting insane jaw pain.

I did get results tho :p

How good was the results
I've been chewing 4-5 hours a day with 2-5 mins gap between 30 mins i guess, helps while I'm bored in class. Am I damaging my jaws?

you don't damage your jaw itself you damage your masseter muscles. Over chewing can tire them out and overwork them. Its like when your in the gym and you overwork one muscle group you will end up damaging them. Be VERY careful seriously.

Also having enlarged masseter muscles doesn't even look that good.

How long do you think I should chew then

if you feel a slight bit of pain stop. Its like training muscles in the gym. You don't train biceps every day 7 days a week, that would be retarded. Same applies for your jaw. Non stop chewing will fuck yo ass up!! Maybe only do it a few times a week.

no point in chewing if you have shit ramus slope/gonial eversion.

Hmmm alright

Also I have this clicking sound sometimes so I stop chewing. Is it any big problem if it goes and comes back only when I chewmaxx for long hours

Tbh
I have invert gonians and it gives a egg shape to my face, just hoping the massester can make my face look a tad bit wide at the least

my jaw started clicking too when I started. 5 years later it still clicks but not nearly as bad. I used to get full on lock jaw.

I see
I guess I'll have to bring the hours down to 2 hours Maxx

Would you recommend 2 hours of chewing gum

Be careful it might be issues with your TMJ, you should maybe check that with a doctor

Chew maybe 4 times a week until it hurts and you shouldn’t keep going for more than like an hour or two

Can confirm, don't do this fucking shit unless you have a perfectly alligned and symetrical jaw (you don't cause you are here)

Yea everybody talking about TMJ is so right. It's one of the worst conditions you can possibly develop for the face. It will get worse and worse with time and may lead to both health and facial assymetries down the road.

You won’t always get it tho

No but if you don't you wouldn't need to in the first place as inward tiltled gonions and narrow jaw is usually correlated with bad bites and TMJ disorders

I have outward gonions and slightly narrow jaw. My jaw got wider during puberty but it still isn’t ideal. I chew max to try and get it to that range. I don’t have any tmj disorders you can’t get that from just chewing in and of itself unless you chew for like 5 hours a day

Yo can def get it from chewing, but it depends on your occlusion and symmetry as mentioned above. And if you have narrow jaw with outward gonions, then your skull must be incredibly narrow

i have a wide skull

Yea but not wide bizygoma, or maybe you don't know what outward gonions are
nigga i have outward gonions, my narrow jaw is a result of malnutrition not tmj issues

You probably have inward tilted ramus then, and narrow jaw can only be caused by mouth breathing. There is no evidence that malnutrition creates narrow jaw
