I am in a debate with my mum and i look like an idiot trying to back myself up. I need to get real sources to back myself up in how it is possible to have all the essential nutrients through a carnivore/animal based diet

My mum says to me that i need to keep eating vegetables and nuts and stuff like that if i want to get my protein and vitamins in. She says she is 1000% right and that i should not be eating only animal products in my meals as it lacks in almost all the vitamins and nutrients vegetables have. She says that it is not healthy to eat only meat and organs and that the only way for a balanced diet is to eat loads of greens aswell. I have no sources to be back myself up as i have only seen it on tik tok youtube and reddit about it. Is there any videos or articles to actually disprove my mum about eating vegetables and how humans are not designed to eat these toxic vegetables.

She told me to get some real evidence on how I am right and that i won’t find any because it will just tell me vegetables are the healthiest foods in the planet.

So please just give me any scientific studies that are straight forward or youtube videos so i can prove myself and to not make a fool of myself

i highly doubt eating strictly meat is going to give you the results youre expecting, its apparent youve consumed mass amounts of bullshit content
